    Change the air filter once a month. Don't use the ultra-thick, expensive filters because they will restrict air flow and cause the unit to work harder.

    Have the unit maintained twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall

    I don't think air ducts are that like of forever. Many air ducts tend to retire especially if its not cared enough. I suggest you do sampling on the consultation of companies. Try a hail damage repair arlington tx like mine. Click to here to see.
